Resident Project Representation (RPR) by an Independent Consultant is a means by which an Owner can endeavor to obtain further protection against defects and deficiencies in the construction work through on-site monitoring and contemporaneous reporting. RPR Services can provide the Owner with single source, independent and objective daily liaison with the project team and activities.
RPR Services can also be contracted as a simple, independent extension of the Owner to the jobsite.
CME staff includes experienced and savvy Project Field Representatives (PFRs). Assignment candidates are selected based on project type, schedule/duration, site location, specific contracted scope of RPR Service, and the Owner’s needs and limitations. CME tailors the overall RPR Program to suit each distinctive Owner and Project.
