SCHEDULER/DISPATCHER

Construction Materials Testing and Inspection consultant/laboratory.  
Salary based on experience.  Full or part time based on branch needs.

Duties typically include:

- Ensure accurate and efficient project initiation, scheduling and
  dispatch of technical personnel.
- Works directly with Office Manager and/or Branch/Assistant Branch
   Manager with general office management and administration.
- Typing, management, operation and organizing of client's reports
   and general correspondence.
- Client contact relative to scheduling of services.
- Timesheet review to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
- Filing and computer operations.


Requirements:

- High School Diploma required.
- 1 year experinece in administration in a Construction Materials
   Testing and Inspection Laboratory.
- Proficient in MS Office
