CME Associates, Inc. is an Independent Commercial Testing Laboratory and Technical Services Firm incorporated in New York State in 1983 by the current firm President, Marcus A. Rotundo, P.E. CME is comprised of over 100 technologists, professionals and specialists. The CME testing laboratories are accredited under the AASHTO Accreditation Program for a variety of materials testing procedures. CME routinely participates in national Proficiency Sampling Programs sponsored by the National Institute of Science and Technology through CCRL and the AASHTO Accreditation Program through the AMRL. Participation in Proficiency Sampling Programs for each material category is required in order to maintain accreditation.
