Assistant Branch Manager: CME Associates, Inc. Buffalo location is recruiting for an Assistant Branch Manager (ABM).  The ABM is responsible for the daily coordination of the work force, providing daily supervision and directing technical staff to Project Managers for project updates.  The ABM will monitor, inspect, and requisition required maintenance of the facility, work environment, equipment, vehicles and expendables.  The ABM is responsible for assuring that Accreditation Documentation, Quality Systems, Proficiency Sampling and Independent Inspections are executed on time and by personnel qualified for the work.  The ABM may be a Project Manager on select Testing and Inspection Projects and will have responsibility for the project including: personnel assignments, technical accuracy, report transmission and administration and invoicing.  Education:  Associate of Applied Science preferably in Civil Technology or BS in Civil, Construction Management, Mathematics, or Engineering Science.  Experience:  A minimum of 3 years in Testing and Inspection or experience in a related consulting field and one year of Supervisory or Management experience.  Inspector Status in two disciplines, EIT or NICET Level III required.

Geotechnical Engineer/ Staff Engineer:  CME Associates, Inc. Buffalo location is recruiting for a Geotechnical/Staff Engineer.  The Staff Engineer is responsible for completing engineering calculations and design, authoring on-time reports, implementing QA.  The SE will provide engineering guidance, monitoring, adjustments and control of the exploration and testing program per the Senior Engineer’s instruction.  The SE will complete engineering calculations and design, author reports, implement QA and will seek reviews and acceptance of documents by the Senior Engineer.  Consult with Owners, Prime Professional and other Consulting Engineers on the specific requirements of projects.  Determine the scope of the study including the necessary extent of field exploration, laboratory testing programs and design analyses. The Staff Engineer shall have a BSCE degree, and an Engineer-in-Training certificate is required. 

Office Manager: CME Associates, Inc. Cicero location is recruiting for an Office Manager/ Administrative Services Manager: The Office Manager should plan, direct, or coordinate administrative supportive services such as recordkeeping, mail distribution, supply purchasing, telephone operator/receptionist, and other office support services.  Oversee facilities maintenance and custodial operations.  Oversee and be responsible for invoicing to clients, preparing Branch sales journal and accounts receivable functions.  Education: Complete Program training in vocational school, five years related on-the-job experience in a Management position, or an associate’s degree.
